I was unsure about what to get but a young lady on her way some where else actually stopped and came back to me to see if I needed help (I think her name was Shannon or Sharon). She showed me many different options all the while making small talk. Then all of a sudden she smiled and said I know exactly what you need and I realized that it hadn't been small talk but her way of finding out what I needed. I have never bought flowers before but after this experence I will definately be back.

I was planning our wedding very quickly and was in David's Bridal picking out my dress. After I picked it out, my fiance came in to help me pick the color for the girl's dresses. Rita from Vogue had a display and he went over and struck up a conversation and found my color purple. I walked over and immediately fell in love with Rita and knew instantly that I could trust her with my wedding flowers. I went into the shop four days later and just gave her some basics of what I wanted and trusted them to design my flowers. When I saw my flowers 5 minutes before I walked down the aisle they were breathtaking and I was so happy with my choice. I just felt at ease when I talked to her and never worried and was so happy I trusted my instincts. Every one told me how beautiful my flowers were. I would say to any bride to go in to Vogue give them the basics of what you want and let their designers do their job. You will not be sorry for letting them be creative. I will use them for every occasion now.

I can not thank you and the design team at Vogue enough for your great work! I appreciated the fact that you listened to what we wanted and delivered flawlessly. We were so pleased and could not have been more satisfied. The flowers were so fresh and vibrant and they were the talk of the wedding. As a planner, I would recommend Vogue wholeheartedly over and over again. We could really tell that the team at Vogue put lots of time and effort to make this order perfect and it was by all accounts!

I had heard about the option to buy and arrange my own wedding flowers at Vogue, so I decided to try it. What a mistake! After I picked out the flowers I would be using, I was vaguely waved towards a counter in the back. There was nothing there except the empty table- no clippers, no knives, no tape, no wire, not even any water. The employees were all too busy discussing their plans for the weekend to offer any assistance or even keep an eye on us. I arranged all the flowers for my reception with nothing but a pocket knife and the water from my water bottle. I was then told that there was no way they could possibly store them for me, and I would have to take them all immediately. They charged me for floral tape to wrap two stems together, and they charged me for a used box to put all the vases in. Half the flowers were dead by the next morning. When I tried to call and complain, I was told that they were not responsible for flowers once they left the shop. The prices, which I had been told were so wonderful, were much higher than they would have been at Kroger. I will never be going back there!

We had to do a last minute bouquet SAME DAY for a good friend of our business who passed away and we had called at least 15 other businesses who said they couldn't do it. Vogue stepped up to the plate and not only got the order there on time, but their prices and selection were top notch. Customer service was A and their phone demeanor makes me wish all businesses were as much of a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much! Will be using them again!
